## Verification

* **OvroRaffle, DrandRandomnessProvider and TimelockController** are verified on Blockscout (full match) and on [Sourcify](https://sourcify.dev) (exact match).
* The timelock is the unmodified OpenZeppelin v5.4.0 `TimelockController`; the libraries are OpenZeppelin v5.4.0 and `bls-bn254`.
* The treasury is a proxy of the official **Safe v1.4.1** contracts; the Safe code it uses is verified on Blockscout.
* Compiler: Solidity 0.8.30, optimizer 1,000 runs, EVM Cancun.
